I don´t think in English anymore

It´s super weird because I don´t think in English anymore, I even dream in Portuguese!!! It is super strange. There is an American that just moved to Brazil and he is a member of my new area, he talked to me on Sunday and said oh good there is someone I can understand and I was trying to speak English with him but it was so difficult, I am going to struggle in the US if I don´t get an American companion here soon.
So I am here in my new area it is called Itapevi it is pretty close to Engenho Novo where I passed a little while ago. This area has soooo many hills! They aren't just little hills though they are ones that most of the cars can't even go up because they are too steep! My companion always falls because his shoes don´t have much traction, it is kinda funny. So yeah, here in a couple of weeks my legs are going to be super strong!
My new companions name is Elder Rocha (João Rocha), he is from Minas Gerais. He is 21 years old and likes to eat a lot of junk food. It is funny he is trying to loose weight but buys a ton of crap! Life is hard, crappy food is so dang good but being fat isn't.... it´s hard.
Me and my companion we are opened this area so there was absolutely nothing when we got here and at times we get a little lost. We were able to bring a bunch of people to church though which was super sweet! This next week we should have baptism!!! The only problem is that the stake president doesn't want us to baptize this weekend. I think he doesn't understand the value of souls. We will talk to him to let us baptize I just hope he doesn't get mad at us.
This is the big difference I see with Brazil and the US, is when someone is baptized here everybody complains because now they will have to visit them and they have to go and watch the baptism, people are so dang lazy! I feel like they need to read D+C 18:10 because no one understands that, it makes me so frustrated!
I am super excited for this next transfer, it should be a great one, we are going to help a lot of people get baptized this month!

Finally, lots of pictures!

So my companion is saying we need to leave right now so this one will be short, but it isn´t my fault. I think he needs to use the bathroom.

So I will be transferred, yeah!!!! I am going to Barueri but I am not sure what area yet, my new companion's name is Elder Rocha!

Sorry this email is so short but I think my comp will expload o tadinho!

Bye Love you all!!!

A cool river that we found that isn't 100% dirty yet.

Professional at cooking eggs now

So I would say that I am pretty much professional at cooking eggs now. For breakfast I eat boiled eggs with an over easy egg with toast and for dinner I eat a scrambled egg with Ramen! Vida Loca! No but eggs are super good!

So this last week was super good we were able to teach to Vinicius and Caroline and their baptism will be this Sunday!!! I am super excited! I am a little sad though because President called me yesterday and because of a couple problems that have happened he told me that he wants me to stay with another Elder until the end of the transfer in another area, so I probably won´t get to teach them this week but the good thing is, is we share the same church building as the other ward so I will be able to see the baptism this Sunday

So my new area, until the 22nd will be Vila Angelica and I will stay with an Elder named Elder Moreira. It will be good I am excited to be able to help him out in his area!

So yo-yo´s are pretty popular here in Brazil, so an investigator gave me one and taught me some pretty sweet tricks! So I guess you could say I am a profesional yo-yoer!!!

Today for p-day I set up my hammock and took a nap and it was the most amazing thing in the whole world. We then went and met up with some other elders and one elder tried and teach me how to use a Chinese yo-yo but it is hard, I could throw it and catch it but that´s about it. We also of course did slack line. It is starting to get easy to walk on so today I learned how to run and jump, I only fell once but it´s OK because I didn´t get hurt (too badly).

Só isso para essa semana, até mais.

This last week was pretty crazy!

This last week was pretty crazy!

So the week started out super well and last Monday at night we were in a lesson and president calls. He tells us that he found out that some other elders are doing bad stuff and told us to drop everything and go to their house. It was a super hard experience we went to their house and they weren't expecting us. We asked them to hand over the stuff they had with them. President told us that we couldn't leave them alone so we had to stick with them babysitting them until they could arrange a plane ticket for them. It was super unproductive because we would ask them to work with us but they wouldn't so we just stayed in their house until Thursday night doing nothing! It is bad because we weren't able to work with anybody the whole week.

So my companion Elder Mac stayed in that area with another elder and I stayed here in Jardim California with a short time missionary named Elder Menezes, he will be my companion until the 22nd. He is 17 years old. I like him a lot, he is quiet but has a big desire to learn.

The little that we were able to work in our area we found 2 good people that went to church. Their names are Vinicius and Lucas. they both loved church and want to go next week. We are planning to have their baptism on the 13th or the 20th. Pray that it will all work out!

Well that´s all I have for now love you all, have a great week!
